These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Welcad website and the products and services we provide. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or activating a license purchased from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Definitions
- ✓"We", "us", "our" — Welcad LLC, trading as Welcad.
- ✓"You", "customer" — any person or business purchasing or using our products.
- ✓"Product" — a genuine QuickBooks Desktop license and associated download details.
- ✓"Activation" — the process of binding a license key to an installation of the software.
Our Products
We are an independent reseller of genuine QuickBooks Desktop 2024 licenses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. "QuickBooks" and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We provide the official Intuit download link and a genuine license key for activation.
Pay-After-Activation Terms
We may provide your license before collecting payment so you can install, activate, and confirm the software works. By using this option you agree that:
- ✓Payment becomes due once activation is confirmed, per the agreed price and timeframe.
- ✓We retain the ability to suspend or deactivate a license where agreed payment is not completed.
- ✓You will provide accurate contact details so our team can reach you to complete payment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize the agreed charge.
Genuine Software & Licensing
All licenses we sell are genuine. You agree to use the software in accordance with Intuit’s applicable end-user license agreement. You are responsible for complying with any seat limits and usage terms associated with your edition.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✓Resell, redistribute, or sublicense keys obtained from us without authorization.
- ✓Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
- ✓Attempt to defraud, abuse the pay-after-activation process, or reverse-engineer our services.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that the licenses we provide are genuine. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, as the software itself is provided by Intuit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services, or deactivate a license, where these Terms are breached or where agreed payment is not completed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the State of Montana, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
